Why Choose Leonardo da Vinci?

Our School

Is your child not feeling challenged at school? We have an exciting opportunity that focuses on the needs of academically gifted students in grades 5K-8!  The Leonardo da Vinci School for Gifted Learners provides the appropriate level of challenge for academically gifted students in a rigorous, student-centered and diverse learning environment that prepares students to be world leaders.

Academic clustering and cross-curricular units are used to meet the unique academic, social and emotional needs of gifted students.  Students make global connections as they study Spanish.

Leonardo da Vinci School started as SWIAS (School Within A School) for gifted learners at Langlade Elementary School in 2012.  During our first year at Langlade Elementary 71 students in grades 2nd - 6th were enrolled in our program.  Enrollment for the 2022-23 school year is at 355 students in grades 5K - 8th.
