Leonardo da Vinci School for Gifted Learners provides the appropriate level of challenge for academically gifted students in a rigorous, student-centered and diverse learning environment.  


Enrollment Details:
Leonardo da Vinci School serves academically gifted learners in grades Kindergarten through 8th grade.  All students seeking enrollment will complete a Naglieri assessment. All results will be emailed out to families within two weeks of each assessment date. The assessment results are not indicative of enrollment at da Vinci, they are a pre-requisite. In June, a letter will go out notifying families if their student has been accepted into da Vinci, placed on a waiting list, or declined.

May Assessment Details:
The second assessment date for the 2024-25 school year will take place on May 4th, 2024. This assessment date is for all students who reside within and outside of the Green Bay Area School District. The window to request an assessment for this testing date is now open and will remain open until April 22nd at 4:00pm.  More details about the testing date will be emailed out the week of April 29th, 2024.

Transfer Process Details:
If the primary residence of the student is within the Green Bay Area Public School District, an Intra District Transfer Application will need to be completed through Central Registration.

If the primary residence of the student is outside of the Green Bay Area Public School District, an Open Enrollment Application will need to be completed through the Wisconsin Department of Public Instruction. 

We ask that either the Intra District Transfer or Open Enrollment Application for your student is submitted prior to the assessment date.
